  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for further information.

Return Process:

  2. Pack the item securely, ensuring it is well-protected for shipping.
  3. Ship the item back to us at your expense using a reliable and trackable shipping method. We recommend obtaining proof of shipment.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will issue store credit to your account, for double the ammount of what you paid for the shipping it back to us.

Refunds:

  • We offer refunds directly to the payment method you used for the original purchase, for eligible returns.
  • Please note that we do not offer cash refunds at this time.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as per the return process and use the store credit to place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed to resolve the issue promptly.

Please Note:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the specified return criteria.
  • Any shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.
